By using DeepLVoip services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
We provide SIP trunking, voice termination, caller ID configuration, and client panel access for US and Canada routes. Features and pricing may change with notice.
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Prepaid balance system via cryptocurrency. Rates are per-minute as shown in your panel. All payments are final and non-refundable. Zero-balance accounts are suspended until recharged.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or issues caused by third-party carriers. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days preceding a claim.
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or pose risk to our infrastructure. Remaining balance may be forfeited upon terms violation.
